Aditi is an Engagement Manager with BSP whose engagements have focused primarily on the firm’s Business and Clinical Strategy, and Health Economics practices. Her recent projects include:

Business and Clinical Strategy:

  • Conducted in-depth market assessment to assess purchasing behavior, pricing and reimbursement landscape for an infusion platform under development
  • Performed a comprehensive competitive landscape assessment to define current and emerging threats to support launch of a rapid microbiology diagnostic
  • Assessed international growth strategies for a novel antipsychotic drug by identifying market-specific opportunities and regulatory hurdles across multiple countries, including the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific
  • Evaluated investment opportunities to expand a global pharmaceutical company’s portfolio of therapies for rare blood disorders
  • Conducted an extensive evidence generation exercise to support messaging for pre-analytical laboratory systems for a global biotechnology company
  • Identified growth opportunities based on current trends and unmet needs for a market leader in mass spectrometry seeking to expand its offerings in the translational medicine space
  • Evaluated the market opportunity for a Phase I pain therapeutic asset of a small pharmaceutical company by assessing attractiveness of a proposed licensing agreement
  • Optimized product positioning strategies and messaging via quantitative and qualitative voice of customer (VOC) research to support a genetic diagnostic for leukemia

Health Economics:

  • Conducted a budget impact analysis to drive adoption for a chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) respiratory device; authored a health economics publication to support the model
  • Analyzed the economic and clinical value of a newly approved Type 2 diabetes diagnostic assay to encourage better reimbursement coverage

Aditi holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and an MSc (Honors) in Biological Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India. Her PhD research focused on transcriptional regulatory mechanisms in the Wnt signaling pathway and their impact on human development and disease, including colorectal cancer. She has authored five peer-reviewed publications. Prior to joining BSP, Aditi worked at the Office of Technology Transfer at the University of Michigan, where she gained experience in technology commercialization and intellectual property research. In her spare time, Aditi enjoys hiking and reading.
